FOODNBEV PLACEMENTS

Terms of Use

Platform policy and user information.

FoodnBev Placements provides specialist Food & Beverage recruitment services and acts as the recruitment intermediary between candidates and client employers. Use of the platform is subject to these terms and any policies displayed on the website. Candidates must provide accurate identity, qualification, skills, experience and application information and may only upload documents they are entitled to provide. Clients must provide accurate company information, lawful staffing requirements and appropriate workplace details. Client verification is a platform control and does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement or warranty about an organisation. FoodnBev Placements manages sourcing, screening, candidate proposals and placement administration, but does not guarantee that a candidate will receive an interview, placement or employment offer or that a client will successfully hire a candidate. Clients remain responsible for workplace conditions, employment obligations and final acceptance of proposed candidates. Where WIL is offered, institutions and clients remain responsible for confirming whether any MOU, logbook, supervision or academic requirement is satisfied. Users may not misuse the platform, scrape protected candidate information, upload malicious files, impersonate another person or organisation, post unlawful or misleading staffing requests, or attempt to bypass access controls. Accounts may be suspended or deactivated where necessary to protect users or the platform. These terms should be reviewed and adapted to the final FoodnBev Placements legal entity, commercial model and South African legal requirements before public launch.
