FoodnBev Placements processes personal information to provide recruitment, candidate management, client staffing, placement and related services. Candidate information may include identity and contact details, academic institution, qualifications, skills, experience, CVs, academic records, applications and placement information. Where WIL is enabled, optional WIL requirements and logbook information may also be processed. Employer information may include business registration and contact details, company profile information, staffing requests and recruitment activity. We use this information to create and secure accounts, source and match candidates, process applications, communicate recruitment status, verify clients, manage candidate proposals and placements, respond to enquiries and administer the platform. Candidate documents are protected and are not exposed as public direct links. Information is shared only as required for the recruitment service and at the appropriate stage of the FoodnBev-managed process. We do not sell candidate or client personal information. FoodnBev Placements uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including password hashing, prepared database statements, access controls, CSRF protection, upload validation and protected document storage. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Users should keep their information accurate and may contact FoodnBev Placements to request access, correction or appropriate deletion of personal information, subject to legal, contractual and record-retention obligations. Configure the official privacy contact email in Admin > System Settings before launch. This policy should be reviewed with a South African privacy professional before public production use.
